In order to use the Payoneer Service, you have to qualify. This is done in stages and is a process, 3 registration steps to be exact. There are certain qualifying questions that you have to answer to be considered legitimate. If you are not a patient person, this is not for you. As i said its a process and it does take time , I would say 4 weeks. The greatest thing about Payoneer is that it trumps Paypal! You no longer have to wait to acquire $150 usd then wait 3-4 Business days for the check to clear then wait another 30 days to have the money deposited into your account. With Payoneer you simply transfer your funds to the account and you can have cash in hand because it functions as a Prepaid Debit Card or you can send it to another account. I must however tell you in advance that the website though beautifully designed is not very user friendly. The instructions are not easy to follow and it seems like everything is all over the place.

I received my card this week since applying in Mid November and it has been a Life saver. Each time I get a Payment , I send it directly to my account then go to the ATM to get the cash. The website also shows you the atms that accept the card so you might want to become familiar with the ones in your area. Once you sign up , it is recommended that you have money in the account because it clearly states that the machine will eat your card.
